IT’S TIME OF MUSHROOMS IN VAL DI PEJO! OUR CHEF ADVISES:

DUMPLINGS WITH MUSHROOMS of OUR VALLEY.
 
Ingredients:
-4 stale breads
-1/4 of milk
-parsley
-garlic
-salt and pepper
-3 eggs
-white meal
-grated Parmesan cheese
-3/4 Kg mixed mushrooms (porcini, “gallinacci” and so on)
 
Take the stale bread and soak it in the milk.
At the same time cook the mushrooms, with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. When mushrooms will be cooked, you must add the bread to the mushrooms and work it with the vegetable mill, add the three eggs and the grated cheese.
Mix everything and put the mixture in the white meal, making some little balls that you will cook in the boil water. They will be cooked when they’ll come to the surface, as the usual dumplings. Season with melted butter and grated cheese or with tomato sauce, as you prefer.

The team of the young champions, directed by Stefan Beckenbauer, son of the great Franz, repeats the lucky experience already experienced last year. The same Beckenbauer junior, during the recent official presentation in Monaco of the close collaboration with Trentino, that will have 4 teams of Bayern to the training camp this summer, has said “I am very satisfied to have the possibility to return with the team in Pejo, where last year they have handled us with kid gloves as kings”.
