CHILDREN: The children, who obviously love playing with water, don’t adapt themselves so well to who wants to enjoy of the wellness’ centre as an oasis of peace and quiet. For this way, the under 12 children can enter in the centre only from 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 03.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m. taken by parents.
ACQUAVIVA ETIQUETTE: Acquaviva is a place of relax and peace. Please respect the other guests in according to the privacy and serenity right, please don’t use the mobile phones or electronic equipments in this area.
PREGNANCY: we have thought to the mothers that are waiting for a child. The beds for the massages can be endowed with special pillows (Body support) for the pregnant women and we have chosen some cosmetic products adapted for this period and for the post-delivery one.
The correct choice for your skin: Our Acquaviva professionals could suggest you the professional product most indicated for your skin’s type. So, suggestions of different products will be possible. The choice will be taken together for a more efficient result.
Acquaviva bookings: we advise you to book the treatment when you reserve the room or during the day of your arrival, in order to help us to satisfy at best Your requirements of timetable and of treatment’s typology.
Cancellation: cancellation and unforeseen events are unpleasant for everybody. For the notices of the appointments with less than 24 hours, the cost of the whole treatment will be debited.
Present certificates: to present a voucher for an exclusive Acquaviva treatment is a good gift for every occasion. For your convenience, the present certificates could be ordered by telephone and it will be given to the receiver as agreed.
